Awesome service/Delivery time at this location! Everyone that delivers is friendly and attentive. They must be double checking... the order before they leave because they never miss the extra sauce?s,parm packets, special seasoning packets etc that I add tomy orders!!! Delivery driver called and said he was here 20 minutes ago. He is indeed not here and won?t answer the phone. I work at a pizza... shop too. I understand things can get tiring and stressful but come on. We even pre paid. Read more

This location used to be better. In the last year or so, they've been getting orders wrong, they've been very late when... delivering and sometimes they don't even start cooking our pizza until after I arrive to pick it up. Tonight, they got everysingle topping wrong. We ordered 3 cheese blend, sausage, bacon and green olives. We GOT regular cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms,onions and green peppers. Maybe it's my fault for not carefully inspecting the pizza every single time, because it's oftenwrong. At least the pizza is warm 80% of the time. Read more
This is the worst Papa John's Pizza I have ever ordered from. Their management is an absolute joke. They "forget" to make the... pizzas. Blame someone else when you call to complain.. it took over two hours last time to get a pizza because they forgot totell the driver to deliver it... ???? We got a free pizza for their screw up so thought we'd give them another shot. Placedthe order .. estimate of 15-25 minutes for pick up... Going on 45 minutes waiting in the store for the pizza. I'm guessingthe good reviews for this location are from the workers.. ha! Please visit any other papa John's Pizza in the area.. Unless thisone gets new management I doubt they'll improve.. Read more
I recently bought the 2022 North St. Paul Highschool Football coupon/card which has listed on there word for word "FREE Lg. or... XL Pizza with Purchase of the same. Not val. w/other offers. Carry Out Only. Maplewood Location" -- I ordered 2 Large stuffedcrust pizzas via phone and told the operator 3x that I had the coupon card. When I showed up to pay they did not honor the bogocard and I was required to pay full price. Read more
