(0 Star) Bad customer service! Got there before closing time on Thursday 10/20/22 at 8:55pm and was told that they can only... serve paletas (ice cream bars) and aqua (fruit water) by a ?young slim female employee that seems to have an attitude! So, gotan ice cream bar and a drink since that was the only choice. Another last minute customer came in after us after 9pm and ordereda banana slit and ice cream in a cup with fruits and was served. I would not recommend to anyone in this location especiallywith employees that feels that don?t want to be there and gives an attitude and will continue to one close to home inBurnsville. Read more

Please ask customer if they wanted a plastic cup and a plastic spoon before they just decided to smush the ice cream cone upside... down in the cup! Also they don?t even put the ice cream inside the cone. They literally just throw two scoops on top of thecone. What?s the point in you guys having ice cream cones if your just going to do that? Also they really should hire morefriendly people and not ones who get angry at customers for the employees wrong doing. Read more
