I have given this place so so so many chances to get it right and they just do not have their act together. Orders are missed,... late and there are no apologizes just excuses. Just now I was told that they never received my order ($200 plus order) and thencome to find out that the guy answering the phone didn't know about the order - just told me that they didn't receive it. HORRIBLE customer service. I should have read the other reviews. This store should be shut down. And the response from thecompany are a bunch of automated "Yikes" "that's not how we roll". Obs they need to clean house on this store. Read more

I came in with my 8 year old daughter, I ordered a slim 4 add cheese with mayo packets on the side and a ham and cheese sub. We... are down here for an all day appt at Gillette's and I didn't check the subs until we got back to Gillette's. The slim 4 ONLY HASTURKEY ON IT! I am upset and frustrated. I paid the extra and this is just ridiculous. It should be the easiest sub to make! Welive 3 and a half hours north, how can you make this right? Read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sandwich makers were working hard and trying their best. Tall blonde manager was... very crabby and tried to blame me for her mistake. Another in my extended family ordered online. When after 45 minutes he hadnot yet received his order, he called the store. She answered the phone and was very rude to him on the phone. Said the bathroom was only for customers.....after we bought stuff, she refused to say the code loud enough because my partner... didn't order anything. You want service? Be courteous. Simple as that. Never realized Jimmy johns was too good to offer peoplerestrooms. Glad I'm not stuck working a min-wage sandwich job, because atleast my company let's anyone use the restroomregardless of business. Read more

I ordered a Turkey Tom sandwich with no alterations, a very simple sandwich to make. When I got there to pick up my order I was... charged the wrong amount, so I asked to make sure that indeed I got the Turkey Tom, which I was assured was the case. I drovehome with the order (I should've checked before leaving). When I opened up the pack I found that they had forgotten the meatand the bread entirely! How is it possible to forget the essence of a sandwich at a sandwich store? I was left with just a wetpunch of tomatoes and lettuce smothered in mayo and a side of napkins. Is this some kind of joke? The past 3 times I have ordered online at the location of Jimmy John's (519 Jackson St N St Paul , 55101) they have forgotten my... mayo packets I requested (I even typed in "mayo packets please" where my name should have been and still forgot or looked over)THIS time I called the store to place my order and stressed that this is important and has messed up my order a few timesalready, the lady I spoke to was VERY nice and helpful (I wish I remembered her name) and she made sure I got my mayo packets, Ivery much appreciate this!!! What I have learned today is to call the store to make sure everything is correct with your order. Read more

Zero stars. 3 women were in the shop when I got there to pick up my order which was pre paid. The first white lady asks me... what I need and I tell her my order. She says there are working on it. Mind you this is 45 mins after I ordered. No othercustomer is in the store. The 2nd lady with small braids starts swearing about how the white lady who left just wants to leaveand is f@#kin up. She continues to use profane language about a situation with another order. I'm ignored and barely addressesbefore I give them time to sort out their problems. She then tells me that my order is ready on the counter. I take the foodnoticing it can be right. I ask for the receipt and noticed she didn't give me the right receipt. I tell her and then sheaccused me if taking the receipt from behind the counter. I then ask is this the correct food before I leave. She rudely saysyesss! I return home to find out the wrong food was still given to me. The first notice of it being the wrong food was whenoils started dripping from the bag of a later to be found lettuces wrap onto my white car seats. I didn't even order that. ICALLED TO INFORM THEM OF THE MIX UP AND SHE ACCUSED ME IF TAKING THE WRONG FOOD FROM HER. AND HUNG UP ON ME. Read more

I ordered for lunch, at about 1.5 hours if waiting I called and asked about the order and was told to give the driver another 10... minutes mind you im probably about 6 minutes away from the location. So I wait and 40 minutes go by so I call and cancel wellabout 30 minutes after canceling my order it arrives and to not waste anyone else's time I simply take the order and give a tipas well. I open everything up and its not how I ordered it some things I paid to be added were not added and the pickle I askedfor soaked through the bag spilled pickle juice all over the table ... so not only did I starve waiting for the order but I wasalso not given the correct order aaannndddd now I smell like pickles ???? safe to say I will never order Jimmy John's again ...freaky fast freakishly a lie Read more
