I've been ordering from this location for years and as of 2021 until now the service has been horrible.. I always tip 20-30% and... I still cant get a proper sandwich. Every single time I order here these days the bread is rock hard or they're missing aningredient that I PAID EXTRA FOR. You can't even order chips from the website some days, I'm sick of it and this was my lasttime ordering jimmy johns. Get new management and a team who wants to do their job or just close the store. ???????????? I bought the number 13 I thought it had too much cheese, so as I was going to take out half of the cheese what do I... find a freaking hair in my food .. I'm NOT HAPPY! so I have to go back to the Jimmy John's. I was on break and now food less..Ihad to return work to eat my food but I can't enjoy it now I'm completely turned off from Jimmy John's.. Smh. I am at the storeright now trying to return this hair infested sandwich, the manager Diana States to me she can not return turn my money becauseI didn't have a receipt but she will make me another sandwich unacceptable I do not want to eat in a place where not only Ican't get a refund for having hair in my food but then she tells me she's the manager and she can't do anything for me because Idon't have a receipt the cashier did not give me one beside the fact I thought I would be able to eat on my lunch break I willbe calling the corporate office about this and I will not be back I plan to tell everyone who can hear my voice about thissituation and discourage them from eating at a business like this.. this place deserves zero Stars right now.
