There was a long wait time from getting the menus to ordering to getting our food. Granted there was only one waiter doing all... of the work(although it wasn't busy), he tried his best and he was very nice. The cooks screwed up 2 of our food orders and withthe other food order, the cheese wasn't melted in the breakfast burrito. It just wasn't a very good experience and I personallywon't be returning. IHop is over-priced for mediocre food. Read more
This was my first time there, and as soon as I walked in I knew it was going downhill. The floors were dirty, no one... acknowledged us for over 15 mins. No waters were offered. The waitresses (two in particular) had a horrible attitude. We had toask for silverware (you?d think they?d provide it to begin with). The waitress brought the check and never showed up again. Ihad to walk over to the front to ask for a ?to-go box? and ask if we pay at the front or someone comes to get thepayment. Management needs to re-train their staff about customer service. Visited this IHOP on Saturday, around brunch, and experienced nothing short of the most terrible customer service I?ve ever had.... I understand that breakfast joints are typically busy up until the afternoon, but considering they were well staffed, qualityservice shouldn?t be unexpected. Once seated, I ordered a coffee that took nearly 10 minutes to receive. The waitress then leftand came back after another 10 minutes, despite our menus being closed to signal that we know what to order. Order was placedand never received. I waited 45 minutes for the waitress to return to tell us that our order would be placed as soon as theremaining orders were finished. I stopped there this morning with my two kids after an early appointment. We got there and were seated right away waitress came... and took our orders. Our order was very basic just 3 different kinds of pancakes. We sat and waited and waited for 53 minutes.The waitress was walking by and I asked if she could give me an eta for our food, I was like my kids have school. She said hangon, we heard her talking to the chef and the chef was like I don't have orders for table 16. They were both speaking to eachother loudly back and forth, him saying he doesn't have it her saying she sent it a while back and she mentioned all of our 3different pancakes. She came back to the table next to us and shouted at us saying 5 MINUTES! Food came, I had to take mine togo as we did not have time to eat. The kids ate quickly. I walked to the register the waitress saw me but she kept walkingpassed me. I understand she is busy, but I was there way before almost everyone sitting and being served. She finally camearound and I said to her ' Do you guys want to money? I am going to walk out if not.' She said 'If you do I am going to have tofind your tab and call the police which I don't have time to do.' I said okay, handing her the card I said I heard you and thechef talking about our order almost an hour after we were seated. She said 'That was none of my fault.' I took my card and as Iwas walking out she said 'HAVE A GOOD DAY' Shouting out so everyone that was standing can hear. That was rude and uncalled for.She did not apologize on behalf of herself or the chef or anyone. She shouted at me as I walked away quietly. Waitresses was nice n friendly. The restaurant was clean. Food was ok.
Food was hot and delicious. Took 20 min to get food. Service was slow and I had to track down watri to get the old and empty... coffee pot off our table. And fill it with my order of hot coffee. Long after our order was taken. I was feeling somewhatsympathetic, thinking low staffing, but our wait staff brought food with a phone stuck to their ear, and chatting up a storm. Atleast I know they didn't forget about us, and just didn't come to check on us at all until we had food. Read more
This wasn't a good experience, at all. The food was luke warm to supposedly cook to order. The place was a mess! The glass the... water was served in was stained. Table had been wiped with what seemed to be a dirty towel, the food was covered in a layer ofnoticable dust and food crumbs as if it hadn't been sweep either by the night crew or the morning crew. I was there early so itwasn't a crowd and it hasn't been extra busy due to covid so the cleaning routine is just being undone??????????????? Read more
Our family has the 20 plus years tradition of eating at an IHOP Thanksgiving Eve. This year at this IHOP was one of the best in... years. The restaurant was extremely clean and our waiter, Louis was extremely nice and professional. Today's experience wastruly enjoyable. Read more
