Ordered soup, and the server scooped it into the container, spilled some, and then wiped the container WITH A DIRTY TOWEL that... was stained and sitting on the counter top. Eeeeewwww. Seeing this happen places might make you think it's normal, but it is NOThygienic and not considered safe food handling. Read more
I ordered Cassie?s for catering for an event at my place of work. The boxed lunches were so-so quality, and 3 of our boxes were... mislabeled and 1 person did not receive their dessert. The pick up was easy but the food quality just wasn?t up to par,especially for the price. Not sure I would use then again for catering. Read more
We ordered lunch to be delivered via DoorDash. I've never had any food from Cassie's before and I'm glad I didn't read the... reviews first because I probably wouldn't have ordered. I couldn't disagree more with the negative reviews. The food was freshand delicious, obviously prepared with care. The presentation was wonderful. We will definitely be ordering again. My coworkerand I both ordered the half soup and sandwich. Excellent choice! Portions are good sized. Prices not bad at all. Read more

I really enjoy Cassie's salads and other foods but, regardless of an active pandemic, employees SHOULD be required to wear a... mask when preparing food! I've been there twice and ordered a salad and the preparer did not have a mask. One of them wasturning to the side to cough. Not acceptable. Read more

Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap lunch box. The customer service was ok from the men, but every time I come here the bigger lady... with dark hair always seems to act like she doesn't know how to talk to people and turns away even if you're right in front ofher (I've also witnessed her pick her nose and scratch her head without washing a while ago which is why I stopped coming a yearago.) I wasn't too impressed by the wrap. And the 'carrot sticks' they gave me were expired packaged ones like they give inschool lunches for kids. Read more
