Great service every time. Love the food here. They continue to expand and improve the menu. They have cheesecake that is really... good. They have a good selection of ice creams and sorbets as well. Sauce is ok, a little sweet for me. The crust is super thin and can be soggy at times. Ingredients are unevenly spread and if... you ask for something it might get put on half the pizza if your lucky. Hit and miss with a young staff that seems to be moreconscious of their cellphones than the customers. Read more

First of all, I am a lifelong Carbones fan and ALWAYS order the same pizza - PSM! That said, I cannot order from this location... any longer :( For some reason, they have decided to change to fresh mushrooms at this particular location - a location onecould argue is the original and the best. Before anyone attempts to food shame me for a different view and insist that fresh isbetter, know that Carbones WAS NOT BUILT ON FRESH MUSHROOMS! Decades of canned mushrooms were good enough until now!?!? I notonly have eaten Carbones for decades, but family members (including me) have worked at various locations off and on for over 30years because we love this pizza! Is there a reason someone decided to mess with perfection? Ok, fine, go ahead and offerfresh mushrooms if you must, but allow those of us who grew up on your pizza and eat it 2 or more times a month to get what weloved!!! It?s not like a can of mushrooms goes bad in that short of a timeframe. Read more

They lost our order for a pizza. Waited over an hour to get the pizza to go, only to find out our pizza was over cooked and not... cut into slices. Luckily I carry a pocket knife.... Bri did a good job keeping us happy for the most part. Gave us half off onour bill. Place seemed very disorganized and mismanaged. Will think twice before dining at this establishment. Visiting fromGreen Bay. Our friends that were with us got their food and ate it before our pizza was put in the oven. Read more

I ordered ahead of time during a busy time and my ticket was lost by the cooks. So the manager immediately gave me a 50%... discount and threw a sleeve of cookies in for free as well without me asking. They threw my pizza in right away and I didnt haveto ask for a thing. Great service Read more

When I lived in Mn I ate Carbone?s pizza, and enjoyed it. I was recently in St. Paul MN and ordered a House Special (sausage,... onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and pepperoni) on a thin crust pizza. It was as good as I remember it. This is not NYC style butcloser to St. Louis style, thin crust and cut into small squares. The toppings were plentiful and the pizza was hot when itarrived. Be sure to ask for cheese and peppers, they do not add unless asked for. Read more
