They close way too early!! Condiments need the water/juices drained a little better. Usually only one person working, if there... is another they are hiding in the back lol.. Looks like they are understaffed and things are rushed. I eat here because I don'tcare for the other place. But this place is lacking A LOT. Update, 2 consecutive days now I've come on my lunch break and theyare closed 20 min early. Waste of my time!! The hours clearly state open till 8pm. Your not supposed to close and do yourcleanup until after closing time I thought. So im changing my 2 stars to 1star. Absolutely fed up with this place! Lettuce, tomato and green peppers looked like they had been in the containers for weeks. Lettuce alone is going to make someone... seriously sick! Girl working moved it around a bit and the slime at the bottom of the container was horrible. Won?t bother goingback again. Read more
Walked in at 6:52 to the rudest person I have ever met, she was just standing there talking to a customer and told me she is... closing soon. I said ok would you like to make the store money and earn a paycheck or close. She said close, I walked out andturned around and went back in and asked for the managers or owners number she told me I can leave. I would be furious if Iowned the store and employees turned away money. Needless to say I emailed a buddy who owns a Subway in Kent and emailedSubway's head office, this store should be shut down just based off the reviews! Read more
This location is a joke. It closes at 7 PM. how do you expect to get any business when you are closed during dinner hours? This... location just needs to shut down permanently. They have horrible service, bad management, and not friendly. I do not recommendthis location to ANYONE. Read more
Love the product but a single employee handling app orders and 5 guests at the same time is unreasonable for any human. Kudos... to the worker trying to keep it together! To the owner, do the right thing, between the government-funded loans and grants youcan afford to hire at least one more person on shift. Went to Panera but wanted a Subway sandwich. Read more
Horrible experience. I went to try and pick something up at just before 9PM and they are closed. All the information says 10PM... but the older blonde gal that works evenings just kept sweeping the floor with the lights out. Oh well I guess I can go toJersey Mike?s up the road. I always get great customer service there. Seriously Subway corporate should pull this franchise...it?s hurting your brand. I?ve been in three times in the last few months. Every time she is short, makes comments under herbreath and everything about her body language says she would rather be somewhere else.
