Their Pho broth is seriously the best you can get. All of them are great, but the beef broth is superior to all broths I?ve had... in the greater Seattle area. All of their food is prepared with great care. They have an excellent recipe and it shows in alltheir food. Also? try the Banh Mi dip? it?s a sandwich with broth on the side. It?s so good. Last tip?. The reason I gave it only 3 stars is because I noticed we werecharged sale tax on top of the total that already included taxes (On the menu Pho is $15, bun rieu is $15.5, bun bo hue is $15.5& banh mi is $9.00). I think this might just be a wrong setting on their POS system which needs immediate attention to make surethe customers being charged the right amount. The sandwiches are very good, some of the best truly, but so inconsistent probably won?t ever eat here again. Literally put no... meat on the sandwich. I asked for extra meat at a previous time and she charged me double for the sandwich, almost 20 dollarswith tax. She said the costs went up. I could?ve just bought two sandwiches and put the ingredients on one myself with thatpricing model/strategy. By trying to save money they lost a repeat customer after this last purchase.
