A lot of the food o have come to expect from a Mexican restaurant can be found here. It was all good. I went for something less... commonly ordered in the US: Mole. It was delicious. The only reason I give this 4 instead of 5 stars is the salsa was too runnyfor my liking and the prices we?re steep - albeit the plates were very large. Food was great. Portions were great And there prices are real reasonable. Server was nice but not very attentive I ask for... sugar for my ice tea never got and then I was putting my food into a box in which o left a little on plate went to out downplate and she took out of my hand and said you done I wasn't but after she grabbed it I wasn't about to take it back. This was alittle upsetting. I would go again though for I had a nice time they had Great lunch specials and it was relaxingatmosphere. Would have a 5 star if not for the sever. Read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Never had more plain Mexican food in my life. No flavor at all. Extra charges for... every little thing, soggy tortillas, nasty beans, rice tasted old. This was my first time to La Fogata. It was amazing. The tamale enchiladas was awesome. The service was the best.
