The burger was good, made with quality ingredients. However, it was slightly overcooked and dry. The fries, however, were... excellent and I would highly recommend them. The off-putting thing for me was the robot bringing the food from the counter tothe table. Maybe when it's busier that somehow makes sense. When the robot gets loaded by a counter person who then waits a fewminutes for the next customer, it just doesn't feel right. It would have felt like a more...human...interaction if the food wascarried the last few feet by the counter person. Read more
Ordering online was easy. We ordered 2 burgers and chicken sandwiches with nothing. Somehow the customization didn't save for... the chicken. Both came loaded. Gentleman there was very pleasant and fixed the order. Food was really good. A little messy. Alittle pricey but not crazy ridiculous. Can definitely taste the difference from like a McDonald's. Ate here with the family. I was disappointed that there wasn't more to my large Smash fries as I had paid almost 5$ for them.... They were a mediocre serving of slightly seasoned fries. Not like the fries I remember, covered in real garlic and parsley. Thegluten free bun is bad but it's worse when it's not toasted. It doesn't even pretend to hold the sandwich together. My wife hastried many vegetarian burger patties and this was one of the worst. All in all I wish I had spent 40$ at Wendy's where Iwouldn't have been able to leave an unwarranted tip. I'm thoroughly heartbroken as I used to love the experiences I had at Smashburger in the Midwest. Read more

The restaurant was clean, staff were friendly. I Ordered 2 kids cheese burger meals. Got home to realize that there was hair in... the sandwiches . I immediately called the restaurant to voice my frustration on this disgusting matter. I spoke to the managerand he apologized and even agreed that staff with long hair should wear hats. Im not sure why staff weren't in full uniform tobegin with. Read more
I placed an order that was cancelled by the driver. I called the restaurant for a refund, they told me that I had to call door... dash, when I did. Door dash said the the restaurant was responsible for the refund. The store manager said they wouldinvestigate and call me back. I never heard back from the manager. This makes me question the level of customer service. Read more
