Usually really patient and understanding but this time no. Mobile ordered my food at 1:58pm, received my food at 2:26pm. The store was very dirty, tables and floor. Service i had only one person a head of me even though I had to wait for 5+ minutes... to get my turn despite there were 4 employees at front counter. Then I had to ask for every thing sleeves napkins receipt. Read more

I never post reviews. My husband and I frequent this location and typically get one iced latte, and one regular latte. I can?t... believe the amount of times that our order is wrong. I recall about two weeks ago when I?d ordered an iced mocha, and myhusband, a latte. We had to tell the person four different times what our order was. I?m not exaggerating. When we got to thewindow pay, they had the order wrong so we had to repeat it. A new girl came to the window and we reiterated it to her. Shegives us our Order, we leave, and it?s wrong. Today we went and ordered the same thing. We get to the front and they?ve got twoiced lemonades waiting for us. Now, I know that there are two lanes and the order may have been mixed up, but we were told topark so that they could make our drinks?. Meaning that they didn?t have our order in the first place! This location consistentlygets our order wrong. We go there out of convenience but have started to go to another, 16 blocks out of the way simply becausewe?re sick of paying for orders that have the time, I end up throwing out because they?re wrong. If we do end up at thislocation, we both wait and sip our drinks before leaving the pay window to make sure they?re correct. It?s infuriating just howoften they screw it up. The staff at this location are top notch. The amount of grief they endure from the homeless community and still are able to... provide amazing service is admirable. Give these workers a raise. Read more

I do wish Tim Hortons offered delivery at Morrisette Pl in maple ridge as I don?t drive or walk because it?s way to far to walk... to Tim Hortons from Morrisette Pl Also it?s not available thus SkipTheDishes or Uber eats Tim Hortons has very great coffeecompared to third party restaurants or coffee shops Read more

Showed up 15min before they closed. They had already thrown everything out and told me it was because they were closing soon. As... I was leaving the manager said to their co-worker "Hurry up and lock that door". What's the point of noting a closing time ifyou have no intention or ability to serve a customer up until that time.
