I will start off by saying that the customer service we received was excellent. just pleasant. The quality of the food however... was a whole other experience. My husband ordered a chicken breast on the side which was $4.00 i have attached a picture of whatthe "chicken breast" looked like. This was not a chicken breast. And to charge a customer $4.00 for that is a complete rip off.I specifically asked foe no pickles because i dislike pickles with a passion so i make sure that i let them know. As you can seein the receipt it says no pickles but my chicken sandwich had pickles. Plenty. The tator tots were cold. We were eating in theparking lot and they were cold yet we waited at least 15 min. To get out meal which is no problem if the quality of foof isgood. This was such a disappointment and we will not be wasting our money here again oe the new one you are getting ready toopen in pitt meadows. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE. If I could give it less than one star I would... I got the three tiniest pieces of what I... assume is chicken as a 3 piece combo. How they expect this to feed anyone is beyond me. Not to mention the fries are soggy andnot really hot even though I live 8 minutes away from the restaurant. My fiancée opens up her poutine to what is essentiallygravy with a small bit of fries and cheese curds mixed in... Not to mention the wrap she got had tiny bits of chicken swimmingin sauce, which just wasn't edible. All of this not to mention when they originally gave me food they gave me someone else'sorder which I hope they threw out after I touched it and went through it. If the service was better I would understand, butthis was absolutely garbage. I will add they were busy, but for 6pm on a Tuesday afternoon you should have the staff to supporta dinner rush. I decided to check this location out on opening day, and wasn't overly impressed. That being said, I decided to give it another... go today and I'm glad I did. The service was fast and friendly. I ordered the exact same thing as last time and my Nashvillechicken sandwich came out hot, fresh, crispy and packed full of flavour. Hearing all the raves about Mary browns hubby and I decided to check it out. Went to maple ridge location. First impression,... very clean and was busy. Recieved our order very quickly, service good...LOTS of staff...like 10 plus! Menu small. We orderedthe 4 piece meal. Comes with 4 pieces Chicken, side salad and small fries and a drink....$16. Got home to eat. Chicken piecesvery small one was basically all bone no meat. Coleslaw was mushy , gross, Fries decent. Gravy good. Would I eat thereagain...NO !
