Guys... this place is so underrated it was actually so good. This is probably the best burrito place that is somewhat fast food... I?ve ever had in my life. I don?t even right reviews and I had to come right one for how good it was. Thought I would give this place a try tonight as it?s been open for a couple of months now. I walked in around 7:30pm and it was... moderately busy, ie group of 3 ahead of me and two couples came in behind me. It took a few minutes before someone came up totake my order and I ordered a pulled pork burrito. The guy then disappears into the kitchen without really telling me why,presumably to get more food to prepare my order? Five minutes later, I was about to walk out when another clerk asks for myorder. I tell her that the guy disappeared into the kitchen and then she tells me, ?oh, it will be just another twominutes?. Over two minutes later, my original guy finally comes back to prep my order. He takes a while to make the burrito,but perhaps he is still training. All in all, I spent about 15+ minutes to order one lone burrito. As another reviewer stated,staff at this location move at a snail?s pace. The burrito was good, comparable to the other quick-service Tex-Mex outlets nowdotting our local landscape. Had the service been even a little better (e.g. if there is going to be a slight wait, just TELLTHAT TO YOUR CUSTOMER), I would have maybe given another star or even two. Read more
When it first open it was top notch, the last two times we had it was not fresh, tasty or clean inside the restaurant like... before. Took forever to make a quesadilla, burrito and fries. I stood there watching the two guys scratch their heads and nosesand continue to make food. Sat down to eat the fries and a huge black hair was inside the beef mixture. Couldn?t finish my meal. Ordered Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos. They were phenomenal! Order comes with 3 tacos, chips & salsa. Definitely enough to feed 2... people. Only one lady working front counter when I arrived. She needs a bit of customer service lessons- just smiling & sayinghello goes a long way. I am not sure if she could speak English though. Good location, lots of parking. Read more
This is a generous three stars. The food was good, and the staff were friendly (they ended up comping my drink and up sizing my... burrito) but only because I had to wait super long and they ran out of meat and rice. The staff did what they could in thesituation, but every single one of them moved at a snails pace and that made the wait more difficult.
