I should have checked reviews before I wasted half an hour to get to the order screen only to be told they couldn't fulfill my... online order. I was then told to pull around, I thought because it was hard to hear through the speaker and that they would worksomething out for me so I could at least get maybe a red beans and rice or a fry or something from my order. I got yelled at andasked what I was doing when I pulled up to the window. I asked if I could at least get one of the sides I had already paid forin the app since they didn't have chicken and I got "for free?!" yelled at me as a response... I had, as I've said, already paidfor a pretty large order in the app that they would not fulfill even partially. I then asked if I could order and pay with cashthen because I was very hungry and I got denied and yelled at again. I asked for a name to complain to corporate about becausethe treatment was absolutely uncalled for and unnecessary and he yelled back, "Jay! That's J-A-Y. Need me to spell it for ya?!"I honestly have never had another experience similar to this anywhere I've ever tried to eat. I paid for a bunch of food,couldn't get any of it, I'm still polite, and the (I think) manager is yelling at me. It's just unbelievable. But, apparentlythis is par for the course at this Popeyes. It's a shame because I love Popeyes normally and this location is on my way homefrom work, but I will never try to eat here again. If you're smart enough to read reviews before visiting, believe them and gosomewhere else. You'll save yourself time and avoid a very poor experience. Read more

-0...I went to this location and I thought I was in the wrong place. A restaurant health inspector is needed for the safety of... the public! The inside look as if it hasn't been cleaned in months! Picking up a door dash can't go inside to pick it up which is just stupid then waited over 50minutes! Had me pull forward for... the pickup and thought they forgot about me. Had to remind them there was drinks in the order. It is sad when the guy waitingfor his food is apologizing to me for it wasting my time. Read more

Waited in line outside for 20 minutes; ordered was told it was 15 minutes for chicken; had to go park in the parking to wait and... 25 minutes later I had to go in the restaurant to see what was thing on with my order of course they were waiting for biscuitsto come up; I finally got my order only but to get home to cold chicken, cold sides; chicken was not hot and fresh at all. It's the worst! I do "love that chicken from Popeyes" but this place is actually awful. Pull up to the drive thru, sit there for... five minutes, no response from staff. Go into the restaurant wait ten minutes to be greeted, yes, just a simple hello, eventhough the staff can clearly see that I've been standing there for a while, but still no greeting. Once greeted and my order hasbeen taken I wait almost an hour to receive my food because...1. door dash was given priority. And 2. They forgot to fry thespicy chicken. ???? When I complained the young woman at the register rolled her eyes at me and ignored me. The restaurant wasbeyond dirty from the front door to floor to counters and more. You have to be one seriously desperate chicken lover to eat atthis place. Does management even see these reviews???? I think you should call this "Slow food that gives you family time to hang out in the... parking lot or drive thru. Great bonding time." Terrible terrible terrible wait time!!! No matter it's drive through or pickup, every time. You just have to budget for at least 40 minute to wait and then risk being told they do not have something. Forthe most recent visit we did pick up, we were yelled at by employees that we should not be entering the store (even though thedoor was unlocked and website confirmation said that food would be placed at the counter for pickup), and that we should go backoutside and wait in the car. "Someone will bring the order to you." Guess what, it was a good wait in the car for 58 minutes inthe car. 58 whole minutes! Line was so long and there were cars in the street waiting to turn into the lot. Weird, we saw 4employees in there but only one person was working on food orders. It was glass window, come on, customers can see you notworking....We have given this store a few chances already. Will NEVER return to this location, ever. Btw if you aredoordash/uber driver, save yourself and avoid this place. Saw multiple drivers asking them if they could speed up their orderand employees were definitely not doing it. First off was in the line over 20min. Ordered two chicken sandwiches. The bag looked like it had been sitting for days. The... chicken was ice cold and the bread was soggy w/pickles. The server asked if we wanted to have the chicken re dropped in thegrease after it was bitten. This was the worst service ever. Read more
