This is a horrible place to purchase food at, I had an online order I waited in the drive-thru for 15 mins before I got to the... intercom, I let them know I have an online order, I then pull to the window, to get my order, I ask for hot sauce, she gives me4 pks, so then I ask only 4 pks for 12 pieces of chicken, she goes to say, I can only give 4, so I ask for more she throws thepks I ask for at me in my car, so I then pull in a parking space to go in, go to ask to speak to a manager and the manager goesin on me telling me im wrong for coming in, and I need to leave cause I'm threatening her employee, they proceed to call thepolice and tell the police that I was fighting in the store, what lies they told all I wanted was a receipt and to know if theywere a franchise or corporate establishment, and on top of all that I get home with the chicken and they didn't even get theorder right, I will never ever purchase anything from this KFC again as long as the stay in business. I would actually say food was 4 stars but the way things happened, I give it a 2. We ordered, nice and simple and easy. However... we were asked to park in a parking spot since our order was slightly big. The cashier said 4mins, cool no problem. However wewaited for 10mins and to top it off when our food was coming, they don't check receipts to see who ordered what. Our order endedup being taken by someone else. By the way. They ordered a 12pc family meal and they got our 16pc family meal. All of that couldof been avoided by simply checking receipts. But no, the other car figured they would lie and take extra food. My husband endedup having to go walk inside the restaurant when the guy came out asking if we ordered a 12pc family meal. All you had to do wascheck freaking receipts but I guess that was too difficult. Also he was walking so slow to do things as well and looked lost atwhat he was doing. We ended up getting our full order only because my husband had to go inside and call their attention. So theservice was poor after we ordered. I suggest you tell your employees to start checking receipts when it comes to making sureorders are correct if you have people waiting in the parking lot. Also it wouldn't hurt to have 2-3 parking spaces assigned forthis purpose and correctly labels. If Macdonalds and Burger King can do it, I'm sure KFC can too. But the food was great, I'dgive it 5 stars but the corn was super dry, it looked like it was old. Read more
I don't mind paying for the correct order. I ordered the 5 piece wing mild. I assumed that my order was whole wing not spicy... combo for $7.19. What I got was 5 wing dings and it was very spicy. I have a serious medical condition and eating somethingthat is spicy will make me ill. It was near closing time and I live to far away to return to the restaurant. I was very disappointed with my visit to this location. I ordered food quickly quickly but had to wait 25 minutes for my fast... food. I gave it a 2 rating because the food was hot but I was upset that they didn't compensate us for the time we waited norwas there an apology. To add insult to injury, I had to watch the Mr. Chicken across the street get about a customer a minuteout with their order. Read more
Ordered the $30 family deal. The drive thru lady said "theres no dark meat...will you want white meat". We said thats fine.... WAITED 45 MINUTES for some extra old dried up chicken!!! While 20 cars that were behind us.. went around us and received theirfood right away. Read more
