You can not pick up delivery orders inside so even though the door is open for the inside you have to go thru drive thru. So I... sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes waiting to pick up my customers order. The manager was very rude and when I asked why Icouldn't get order since I was already inside he told me I dont get special treatment. Then when I got to the drive thru windowheasked me if I was stupid because I couldn't understand English. I will be reporting to state!!!! Read more

It's a Wendy's, so my threshold for a rating isn't significantly high. Food was fresh, made correctly, and the staff was very... friendly. We must have come in right after a rush though, most of the tables were still dirty and the staff seemed to betrying to restock. I don't hold that against them, and to their credit, they did hit the lobby and were cleaning while we werethere! When we left everything looked great!! Read more

This has been years of disappointed with this particular Wendy?s. The service is pathetic. It is no wonder that the line is... normally short and the neighboring McDonald?s has a very long line. I?m not sure if it was some sort of joke but there was nogreeting at the drive-through window for at least two minutes today. Once I placed my order and got to the window the fella hadhis head out the window waiting for me was quick to take my money and then say oh we don?t have any eggs. He then yelled back tothe kitchen to say can you make any of that egg Play-Doh. 12 minutes later I received my three breakfast value meals that I ampurchasing for my employees. I?ve had similar experiences at the same Wendy?s I know when it is on the way will continue to gobut I want whoever is in charge of this Wendy?s to understand that their customer service reflects in their sales. I can honestly say we get in and out fast and our food is well made. I'm pretty surprised this location has very good service.... Definitely worth the 50 minute drive. Read more

8 o'clock drive-through 20 min later at the order they say closed due to short staff...went to Burger King and still Wendy's was... serving drive thru after. I believe it was because my kid was impatient and I told her no one wants to work while she wascomplaining of the wait.... as in jobs. Hiring solid staff... Think the staff took it personal of my conversation in the carw.my kid. Just wanted her to try something new. Stick with #BURGERKING the responsible makers. Thanks for the great service.. . Arrive at 6:38 picking up a mobile order. I waited 20 minutes with no response, circling the drive through trying to get... someone?s attention. I got someone?s attention, just prepping, no headset on. Said to wait 5 minutes, no food. I guess they werehoping that if they ignored me long enough I?d just go away?which I eventually did and canceled my order. I just wanted a hotmeal after getting off the night shift. Read more

Every time I come here there?s something wrong with my meal. A missing shake, missing sauces or missing utensils. I end up... double checking things now but will avoid for a few months to see if they get their stuff figured out. I would recommend thatspicy chicken sandwich though. Really good. Read more

I don't know what is wrong with Wendy's, because I have gone to three different Wendy's in two days and never ended up with the... frosty I went there for. This one? I waited at the speaker for five minutes, was never greeted, pulled around to the window andsaw no employees in the store. I decided to try again, and this time I saw three or four employees just hanging out and smokingat the back door. I asked them if they were open because they were supposed to be open for another half hour. The guy thatresponded said "Uh...." asked one of his coworkers if they were open (seriously???), and then said "Naw... We're leaving earlytonight." All I wanted was a frosty! ???? Read more
