My 1st time here! The restaurant was nice and clean. It smelled great. Our guy who made our sandwiches was awesome! I ordered a... Italian BMT on herbs and cheese. Their website says they close at 8PM, their sign in person also says 8PM. Yet when I try to open the door while there?s a worker... at 7:30PM looking at me, it?s locked. Don?t waste your time stopping by for lunch, you?ll also be locked out as well, try aplace that doesn?t make up their own hours. I bought Groupon coupons for this place yet I can?t ever use them when I?m lockedoutside of the door. I also tried calling, no answer while there?s a worker inside. Read more

4 star review, but 5 star service by the gentleman employee this evening. What a guy. He was nice to us despite all the stuff... going on. He was the only employee there. The other employee had gone home, due to it not being busy. People were coming inwanting to know how long it was going to take for him to make their orders, most of them left. The online ordering machine wasbeeping like mad the entire time we were there! I wanted to take a hammer to it for hin, lol, but he was very patient & calm. He made good sandwiches and was attentive. The reason for 4 stars, is they should always be prepared for a rush of business,especially at lunch or dinner. Just some better planning needed. We actually drive a fair distance to go to this particularsubway, because they treat their customers better than the Brooklyn center & surrounding area locations. Read more
