Pretty decent sandwiches, customizable. Only suggestion would be to offer more kinds of sauces or spreads for free. The options... right now are Mayo, oil and vinegar, or mustard. A flavored mayo would be great! Read more
???????? Don?t even want to give any stars. We ordered for delivery 11:12am , scheduled delivery for 12. Didn?t even pick ASAP.... 12 comes around no order, 12:30 no order. Call place no answer and when they did they would send us to other customers lookingfor their food. 12:45 send someone to go to restaurant to check and see what is going on. Assistant manager rude and said I justsent out for delivery 10 min ago. Which would of been 12:50. Then walked away. Arrive back at job site, 1:15 order finally showsup at our work, then we had to scavenger hunt to find it. It was cold by then. We heard their service had been bad, thoughtgive them a chance. Let this be a warning don?t spend your time or money there. I get sometimes staffing issues or other issuesarise but do better. Good customer service goes along way. There is absolutely none here. I can't remember the last time they got my order correct when ordering through grubhub or doordash. The answer is always the... same, they don't care. There is no quality control. Today the order had two sandwiches, a soup, and 4 drinks. They skipped asandwich. When called, there is no option to fix it. Sorry...one person just doesn't get to eat. Done with this restaurant. Potbelly?s has some great food. I enjoy the ambience and typically the employees at this location are pretty fun. The shakes are... Phenomenal. I really like the Oreo cookies and cream shake. I would order off the secret menu ? I highly recommend the Siciliansandwich. It is the best one there. Prices are a little higher than Subway and Jimmy John?s, but the food is tasty. They dohave outdoor seating in the summers, too. They will often have some live musicians playing at this location too. Read more
Ordered a sandwich online added all the toppings and my sandwich was delivered with only meat and cheese. I called the store and... the girl told me that ?unfortunately? when food is ordered through a 3rd party the buttons for toppings don?t always work andthat she could not refund me the money, but I could go pick up a new sandwich for free.
