Before today I would have given them 5 stars because they have always been fast with no mistakes. Tonight, they were short... handed which is understandable in this day and age. When I called after just shy of an hour to ask what was going on I had ayoung woman, guessing high school age answer the phone and tell me that the reason it took so long was due to beingunderstaffed. When I tried to explain that they should have told me that from the get go, she hung up on me. Complete lack ofrespect! Read more
Disgusting customer service by not allowing customers to enjoy a complete dining experience by enjoying their food in the lobby.
