Usually, their food is great but this order was horrific. The wings were old and dried out. I am disabled I depend on delivery... for food. I phoned Frankie's to tell them about the unedible wings and was told take it up with Uber Eats, who we all know howawful they are about refunds.. It was actually as if Frankie's took no responsibility for the poor quality, overcooked, extrasalty, unappealing wings. Paid for priority delivery so no issuse about time to arrive as the "manager" suggested. It seems likethe manager needs a course in customer service and retention. 3 things very wrong with this place. 1-the girl taking the orders sounds like she?s 9 and has absolutely no clue what?s going on... and forgot what she told me from one min to the next. 2-they told me the pizza would take 40 min from the time I ordered and ittook way way longer: 3-the pizza showed up barely warm as if these people expect us to pay $40 and eat cold pizza. If I wantedcold pizza I would buy a frozen pizza from my local store. Also I?ve been to Chicago 100 times and had deep dish 1000 timesthis is clearly a wannabe not original recipe and tasted terrible. Frankies is one of my favorite lunch time spots for a couple of fresh slices of deep dish pizza. Plus, if you want a hot... Sandwich you can simply place the order 15 minutes in advance of your arrival and you have a very good chance that it will bemade for you upon arrival. The parking areas can be tight, but not bad. I grew up on Frankie?s and haven?t been there in awhile. My wife and I decided to stop and try it and wow, it was amazing. The... decor is fun. I love the large over head menu. The staff were extremely attentive. I am always looking for a good Chicago dogand I?ve struggled to find one until today! Frankie?s has a great Chicago dog. Large flavorful freshly made hot dog topped withthe right ingredients. I personally would have like a little more celery salt but it was still delicious! I will be back formore. We also shared a piece of pizza. A pepperoni and green olive. Great crust extremely flavorful sauce! Nice amount oftoppings. Overall this has become on of our favorites! Read more

Seriously the best pizza place in Maple Grove. I am always pleased with the pan pizza (pepperoni and banana peppers for me), and... the family feast deal works great for families. I pretty much never get pizza from anywhere else because I can never justifynot getting Frankie's if I'm getting pizza. And in Maple Grove, where we have so many chain restaurants, I love supporting alocally owned business. Read more

Fast and friendly take out service. The restaurant was clean and social distancing guidelines were strictly followed. The take... out silverware and sides are all individually wrapped which is nice. Pizza was delicious. Thick and hearty. It was filled withcheese and toppings. The crust was amazing and thick too. No need to have it well done, unless you want a crunchy crust. We willdefinitely take away from here again. The pasta was pretty plain flavor wise but very cheesy. Read more
