Usually, great experiences and good staff. I'll still go here, however, this time, WHO THE HECK PUTS A BRAND NEW UNTRAINED FIRST... DAY EMPLOYEE as the ONLY ONE WORKING?!? I love this place from the get go. No matter what you order, it is good. They could make a better banana split, theirs is a... little lame, but hey, it's ice cream all the same, and I love ice cream.. come on by this place is fantastic and all the add onyou can fit in there!! Read more
The ice cream is good, but totally overpriced for what you get. Two kids cones and one small adult cone for twenty three... bucks... The mix-ins are absurdly priced at 89 cents per topping like a spoonful of sprinkles, a few gummy bears, two or threeoreos, a few chocolate chips... It's just a joke. Wonderful experience. Employee (I believe the manager) overheard the reason one of my children wasn?t getting ice cream was due... to a severe dairy allergy. He talked to me for multiple minutes about the procedure he?d use if I chose to get a dairy freeoption for him, saying there?d be no cross contamination. My boys got to eat ice cream together for the first time and it warmedmy heart! Read more
Before covid I would frequently visit this cold stone, and was very happy with what I paid for. Today I was disappointed with my... visit. I was happy with the kind staff and the taste of the product but I will say the portion and price is ridiculous. Theprices went up while the portions went down. I remember the cup overflowing and now it barely reaches the top. Not only did theynot fill my cup up, they left half my scoop on the counter. Read more
I went in with my family for 5 cones and a shake and ended up with 4 cones and a shake instead because we were being rush to pay... without even finishing ordering. The cashier kept saying she can help us if we were done ordering and we clearly stated that wewere not done. We felt so rush that we just decided to pay for whatever we got. Delicious ice cream with friendly staff. There were many choices for ice cream flavors, cakes, and more. The place was clean and... well lit. They also have a free parking lot outside their building. I had their cookie dough ice cream in a dipped/sprinkledwaffle cone. It was delicious! Read more
We doordashed an order tonight. The ice cream tastes good as usual but, if the ice cream oozes out the sides when you mash the... lid on, there is - can?t believe I?m saying it - too much ice cream in the cup. It?s a messy bummer to have it spill all over.:( Read more
