Needed a quick bite and didn't want to read reviews in advance, hence here comes Applebee's. Typically reliable. Worst ever.... Mixed drinks were gross...thick, almost curdled like. Then the salsa was so thick it was like tomato paste. Ordered a steak, medium. Got raw. Sent it back, and not much better. Chewy and like a fake meat substance. Also got the penne pasta. No sauce. Ordered more. He forgot, and then brought some out that was not melted and goopy. In the meanwhile the rest was cold. Chickenseemed fake too. Not grilled but warmed up in a microwave. Didn't finish any of it. Bartender was pretty clueless too. Paid,and left plates full of food. GROSS. Read more
We ordered take-out chicken wings and each order had less than we ordered. I guess counting has become a problem at Applebee's.... I called and contact didn't take responsibility for the error. So much for "Eating Good in the Neighborhood." Read more
We came in on Father?s Day, and they obviously had many call ins. The servers that were there were fast and efficient - and we... were served by the manager who was working with the servers and even helping bus tables! The food was delicious - I had thequeso burger which was made to my specifications, served hot and timely. We had an excellent visit with family there - the staffreally are amazing there, and the food is excellent! Highly recommend! Read more
Great place to get a drink/app or just a bite to eat. Not busy and fast seating. I ate at the bar and my bartender Ross is super... chill & cool. Great advice and great customer service. *try the blue aloha margarita (frozen)* You will thank me later! Read more
This place did not represent the franchise right. Everything was off. The food was a little warmer instead of hot. The mash... potatoes did not have any butter, the lava cake and fries were served warm smh I don?t know what was going on in that kitchen,but I won?t be visiting this location again. My girlfriend and I just ate dinner at the Applebee's in Maple Grove (4/23/2022) and we got a table that was very dirty and... sticky and smelled like old dishes. We asked the waitress to wipe it down, so she sent another girl to do that. Then the ladyjust wiped it with a paper towel and didn't really clean it. It was still exactly the same way as it was before. So we told ourwaitess afterwards that it was still sticky and the same way as before and she just told us that is was probably just thehumidity in the room and she tried treating us like we were kids, like we didn't know anything. She NEVER offered us a differenttable or tried wiping the table down herself. Also, the silverware was so disgusting and dirty, luckily we didn't have to usethem. So, Maple Grove: We should all start sharing reviews and pictures of where we eat that is not sanitary because especiallywith Covid still around, we all need to beware of places that don't seem clean. I had a great experience at this location. The food is better than expected. I highly recommend their Club Grille Sandwich ? it... was very filling and did not skimp on the meet. It was also pretty reasonably priced ? about 11 or $12. Service was attentivebut not intrusive and made sure our glasses stayed full. Overall, the Restaurant was not too busy and was relatively quiet,which makes for good conversation. I recommend eating here. Read more
