Very friendly but I got a cold cut sub and it was to have more than one kind of meat but only had one . But I will go back .
il surprised this is a subway franchise , no where near subway standards ! if your experience here is as bad as mine was write... franchise head quarters ! place is dirty , there are tables set up in front of the produce probably in an attempt to keep thecustomer from seeing the sad condition of the vegetables , the fountain drinks are watered down and the oven has been broken fora week?. would never get away with letting the franchise slip like this in a city - embarassment Read more
Very Poor customer service. I believe hole heartedly in customer service, from making my customers feeling welcome to having... them leave happy and satisfied. The guy never spoke a word until he asked how we wanted to pay. We felt like a hugeinconvenience to him. I will never step foot in this location again. Read more
When I was told by the locals that this was "The worst Subway in existence" I didn't believe them. After visiting this weekend,... I do now. First of all, there were two workers at the Subway counter. One was prepping bread and the other was cleaningbathrooms. The girl prepping bread refused to help us and yelled at the guy cleaning bathrooms to come help us. My partner whois GF ordered a salad. The worker was going to serve it to her whole (instead of chopping it) and made the snarkiest commentswhen she asked for it to be chopped up (seriously, who's eating whole pieces of lunch meat on their salad!?). In the end, thesalad she received was maybe 1/3 of the container it was in. This was the most pathetic salad I've sever seen. My sandwich wasfine except for the fact that the bacon was microwaved in the gas station microwave right on the bottom. No plate or paper towelunder it at all. When we went to pay, the guy who made our food just handed us a receipt and told us to go pay at the gasstation counter. When we went over there, he refused to help us and made the girl prepping bread stop and come ring usin. Absolutely the worst Subway experience I've ever had. Listed to the locals when they tell you to avoid a fast foodrestaurant. Read more
You pay at the general till rather than at the subway till. They had great pastries but I don't think I would go back, the... customer service just wasn't quite as good as most places. I actually though they were a little rude. Read more
Clean, convenient and friendly. This location is merged with a convenience store and gas station. Plenty of parking, and a... convenient way to fill all your needs while in Maple Creek. One star removed for a non-functional women's washroom at the timeof our visit. Read more
Very nice renovated store, friendly staff, and fresh ingredients made a great experience, and full stomach!
