What?s the use in ordering in advance only for them to say they don?t have your order? Then the manager has the nerve to tell me... to call customer service for a refund before starting to walk away. Thomas the Drive through service attendant never misses a beat to be kind and repectful to everyone. I visit this location... often, they are busy and they are trying their best to keep up with your demands as a consumer so give the staff a break. No Idont work at Tims and Thomas is not my Buddy. Drive thru in the mornings at this Tim?s just because my to go to Tim?s simply because of Thomas that works there at the drive... thru. He heard that the newbie couldn?t take my order so he jumped in and so politely and professionally took my order withperfection. They have a great variety of donuts that are matched by excessive pricing; one lady in front who asked for water in addition to... her coffee ordered, was charged extra for a cup of water; the gentleman server in charge delivered that particular water fromtap without any shame, he didn't even offer a bottle or some sort of filtered water, tap water in addition to adding ice on top... for extra $$$; combo soup comes without a bun that he also charges $2 extra for, instead of being included in the combo, itisn't even cooked properly ... if you want to hug the toilet for the rest of the day, make sure you order the chili; suchgreediness delivered in the cheapest form there is ... unless you plan to buy the coconut donuts that are hard to find in otherlocations, AVOID this place @ all costs, NOT worth it !!! I bought soup from this location and it no bun. It usually haft-bun comes with the soup is free. However, at this location it... costed additional money for bun. I sent a support email to Tim Hortons and they even stated soups will come with a half-bun sowhy wasn?t it here? Read more
It?s usually good but this morning, I don?t know who made my farmer?s wrap, they threw all the ingredients into the wrap... container and called it a day. I literally had to scrape them off of the container walls and eat the thing like a salad. I guessI?ll opt for other locations around that don?t allow these kinds of mishaps. Read more
It?s one of the newest branches opened in Vaughan, it?s clean and spacious, and have lots of donuts and timbits selection. I... tried out the new cold French vanilla drink and it tasted very similar to iced coffee so I went back and asked if they gave methe wrong order, the lady nicely made me a new drink and it turns out to be the same taste, I prefer the original hot brewFrench vanilla ????
