The bald manager at this location is a nasty human being. I place my order, I?m handed my food and then he begins to scream at... me in front of the entire restaurant. Never in my 21 years living in Canada have I ever seen a customer SERVICE worker roll her eyes at me or my partner shamelessly... for asking why the total was 5$ extra than the actual price. We had a coupon for 2 can dine for 8.99 but total came to15.99$ She has dark circles and dark cheek lines with lifeless eyes. She looks like she hates working there. Read more

UPDATE 4:03pm: 2 mins after submitting my review, I walk outside towards my car with my toddler. I witness what looks like a... manager and an associate followed a young boy outside and proceeded to stand in front of his bicycle in a threatening manner.The associate then asked the young boy why he made a mess in the bathroom? Then Word for Word said to the boy, ?I will breakyour bike the next time you come around here?. I get that you are upset with how these children treat your dining room. Butthreatening someone, is not the way to handle it. If they are vandalizing your property, call the police and have it handledresponsibly. If they are just making a mess, request them to leave the restaurant and tell them not to return. Like I said in myreview, hire more people to clean up the mess. You have a location directly across from a massive attraction park. It is a giventhat you are going to have increased sales and increased problems. We went through the drive through window of Wendy?s and ate in the car. When my toddler asked for timbits. I decided tobring her in. The dining room of both the Tim Hortons and the Wendys were filthy. The amount of teenagers and young adults wasoverwhelming. Clearly they have come from Wonderland to have lunch. It is also clear that they weren?t taught how to clean upafter themselves and the entire dining room was littered with garbage all over the floor, tables and piled up at the garbagebins. Having the extra help scheduled on peaked hours, could definitely alleviate some of this mess. Designating someone to takecontrol of the situation and keep things clean is a must.
