This location needs to change prep workers. This is the 2nd time I've gone in an my order was wrong. I paid to have an extra... item on my sandwich, just to find out it was not put on as the one guy back there was so rushed and didn't even care aboutmaking the order correct after I specifically asked for it. First of all I want to thank the employees, it?s not easy working at a fast paced environment like Tom Hortons. I hope the owner... is mot putting too much pressure on them, because everytime I visit this locations all employees seem so stressed out, no timeto say hi, bye, thank you, nothing. Just a how can I help you? Anything else? , when you get to the window for drive thru thereis no conversation whatsoever , they are just taking orders from the lineup. It is not fair to employees to be under this kindof pressure. They need more staff, less pressure and more pay for sure. Read more
