Friendly staff but can be on the inexperienced side. Drinks come pretty quickly despite it being a Longo's location.
Very disappointed at the Starbucks store inside the longos. Needed to exchange a cracked bottle purchased at Starbucks. The only... receipt provided in the bag was a longos receipt. The manager Esther was talking to her staff over the phone as they needed herapproval & wasn't willing to accept the receipt they provided & no one is able to look up the transaction through the starbucksapp. longos management can't help saying i need to deal with Starbucks. Why would you provide that receipt to begin with if itsnot good for anything? Read more

Barista started making my drink only to be interrupted by a Longo's employee who wanted a cup of water. Barista stopped what she... was doing, got the guy his water and kept this PAYING customer waiting. Where has good customer service gone??? Read more

I ordered a chai tea latte but got just tea with milk. To my question why my drink is so watery and doesn't contain foam, I was... answered that chai tea latte comes like this and no foam is supposed to be there. It 's ridiculous. I am a gold member since 2007 and never seen a starbucks store not offering refills in my life. I will not come back to this... store in Longo's. Customers pay this much and not getting refills, why would I come to this location. If I have an option togive 0 star to this store, sadly that is not an option???? Read more
