Ok. Not outstanding but not bad. Typical Starbucks run by Longo.
I was so disappointed at today?s visit .. I have been drinking Starbucks forever and my most fave location is in klienburg. The... staff there is beyond friendly and they know u by name .. The atmosphere is so relaxing and u leave feeling appreciated for yourbusiness and visit .. Unfortunately today at this location .. I was made to wait 10 min because the girl in the middle ofmaking my 2 coffee orders said she had to clean the machine .. that?s fine I was willing to wait .. had no choice When my orderwas ready however, there was no apology or offer for a complimentary coffee for next time for waiting patiently So I inquiredabout getting a coupon for next time and I was told .. this location doesn?t give out coupons .. she took my name down on a tinypiece of paper and next time I come to mention my free coffee .. well that doesn?t work . Why should I the customer leave sounhappy and then come back and justify and explain that my name was written on a piece of paper and why ! This is not about afree coffee or the money .. it?s the principal of not letting a customer walk out feeling unappreciated . I did speak to longosmanager and she was very understanding and sympathetic to what happened and assured me that she will look after thiscomplaint I think the staff here should be send to klienburg location for training or hire more friendly staff who respecttheir jobs Read more
When I'm craving a Starbucks they are typically consistent and good. However I was shocked when told I couldn't redeem my free... drink because they don't honor them at this location. On top of that the person on front of me pointed at the display thatindicated the plastic cup & straw was one price but told by the employee that the straw was extra. Read more
I love my Starbucks don't get me wrong. You can usually never go wrong with Starbucks. I travel from 2 hours from Vaughan to... work so I usually stop in at this location around 5am. The girl working was dressed like a slob, looked like she wore her pjs towork and didn't bother doing her hair. I walked in with smile on my face and actually greeted her and she wasn't about to sayanything and didn't appear that she even wanted to be there. When I said "Good morning! How's it going?" ....No response.Awkward silence then snotty, "Ya, what can I get ya" ... I grabbed my drink after she slammed in down on the counter and Iwished her a good day. No response again. 10 mins down the roads I take a sip of my drink and it's not even correct. & Onanother occasion visiting this location during a very busy time in the afternoon. There was 1 girl taking orders, 1 guy makingthe drinks. Then 3 girls chatting and wiping down the counters? I don't see how this is productive at all and just ended upmaking all your guests upset. I had the best strawberry & banana smoothie with protein today made by Stephanie. So good, I went back with my daughter just... before closing for another made by Madeline. I think the trick to a good Starbucks smoothie is a ripe banana which is readilyavailable because this Starbucks is located inside Longo's ... duh! I should have figured this out ages ago. Ordered a venti peach green tea lemonade, cost me more than $6 bucks, but it tasted like water?? Minimal wait time tough
