Waited 30 min for my food. The rude employee shouted to use the kiosk self serve order machine instead of taking my order. After... waiting 30min, I got my food. Poutine was cold, cheese wasn?t melted. Biscuit was stale and cool. My chicken was either overcooked or had been sitting too long it was chewy like licorice. I could taste the dirty oil as I bit into the chicken. Theemployee were laughing and talking and moving like a snail and we?re not polite and gave attitude. Save yourself a trip and goto the next Popeyes on route or don?t get it at all. This ruined my experience and I will not be eating here again. Waste of20$! Read more
not sure how this place even stays in business not 1 thing on the order was correct stopped there today ordered 2 chicken... sandwich combos one spicy and one regular both with onion rings , right off the bat only 3 selections on the pop machine wereavailable (none being any type of pop) finally got my order (15 min later ) but not before 3 others who showed up after megot theirs. i asked if the spicy one was marked they told me yes only to find out shortly after they were labeled but notcorrectly and the regular one only had a pickle and some sauce on it and 6 onion rings in each order. guess they figure mostcustomers will be gone down the highway by the time they figure out how badly their order is messed up Read more

So bummed out! I went in here at 7:30 pm, they close at 9pm, and they were out of chicken and packing up to close! How do you... run out of chicken an hour and a half before you close on a weekend? So disappointed. Not impressed with the service and I willbe avoiding this location all together going forward. Read more
Ridiculously slow service. We waited for at least 45-50 minutes to get our food, after we ordered.
3 of us bought 3 different items, all 3 of us got food poisoning.
