Have been to many a Mcdonalds in my travels and during my school years. This one is really the worst. It's dirty, full of... loiterers who wreck what is actually some nice decor, and service is slow and poor quality. But the worst thing that made mefinally do a review is the rotten mouldy donut I was sold today. Manager showed no surprise and gave a curt apology and anexcuse that all they do is defrost the donuts. So I guess he was suggesting that McDonalds imports entire batches of rottenfood. Either that, or maybe the defrosted donuts were just left out too long? Come on, you can't be jeopardizing the health ofyour patrons. There is no well managed aspect about this location at all. An awful McDonald location, with so many rude staffs. My last experience was the worse one. I order via the app. After exactly... 43 min I had to go I. To see what happened to .y order. The staff (Sebastian) was so rude. Arguing with me why I have orderedthrough the app instead of going to drive thru. The manager(Seba ) instead of apologizing for delay, was shouting at Sebastianwhy my order was not ready. The online manager (apparently her name was Jasveen) didn't even came to front. At the end themanager put couple of expired coupons which I didn't even want. (Photo attached). When I got my order I noticed still theydidn't prepare my order right. I walked into the store and there were zero employees at the front customers. I logged into a kiosk and made my order halfway... through my order the kiosk froze and wouldn?t let me log out. I had to wait 15 minutes for unemployed, supposed to be at one E.me they told me that they didn?t know what the issue was. I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to take my order on a sale.At this point they also let me know that the ice cream machine is broken. As I am waiting I noticed no employee was wearing ahair tie or gloves. The manager Rashmi did not seem to think this or anything else from above was an issue. I've been to many McDonald's in my lifetime I like this McDonald's nice modern clean. It took 5 minutes to get served. Once I... got served the gentleman decided to pour my Coke Zero. When I confirmed it with him is a Coke Zero he said oh no. Emptied out mycup use the same cup and filled it with Coke Zero. That's cross-contamination and against health food guidelines. Read more
Ordered online and chose curbside pick up. Waited in the car for 25 mins and no meal was handed to me, however everyone else... came later then me got their meals. Walked into the building and tried to find someone for this problem but everyone chose toignore my waiting. After waiting for 10 mins, I walked to someone and grabbed her for this issue. And they started to make mymeal, 35mins after my order time. Drove to my company and noticed almost half cup of coffee spilled, my car was a disasterafter the spilling. When I unrapped my sandwich, it was burned... I really don't know what to say, will not go anymore ...Extremely disappointed.... Read more
Ordered double fillet o fish combo and got an extra lid and dirty tissues inside my drink. Plus lot of back and forth to and... from the washroom. Sent a msg through McDonald location 40729 website but was taking too long as I'm not feeling well sodecided to put it here. Order these two junior chicken and that's how the wrapping was, not just that of the bread was hard to bite/chew like a Toasted... bread. This place looks great on the outside but the employees on the inside don't care and it's really ruinnjng this place.Everything they mess something up for me. Check your orders to see if they did it right before you leave. Last time I'm cominghere not worth it even tho it's close by rather go to a further McDonald. Read more
The place is poorly maintained and very dirty when we went. Garbage all over the place and quite disgusting. Service was slow... and one could tell some errors were being made. Went to McDonald's after a long time and seems like food quality hasdeteriorated. Shame to see such a popular brand being held to low standards. Read more
