The food was fresh however the restaurant was dirty inside. The Floors were not swept as there were crumbs all over and the... tables had food stuck to the chairs and even walls. The restaurant was blowing ice cold air, and it feels like -4 outside. Itwas cold inside. The staff were not polite at all. I don?t know what?s up with the people here, they always underfill my bowl. I ask for paleo bowl and they seem to not know what... it is every time I go. Ordered the chicken burrito and asked the staff to put less toppings and they overloaded it - it didn't wrap properly and they... double wrapped it to keep it from falling apart. What's the point of getting a wrap if it falls apart after the customer bitesinto it? Mind you, I didn't bite into my burrito and asked for my money back. They offered to remake it and I asked theassociate once again to add less toppings to prevent the burrito from over-flowing. I usually love chipotle but this location absolutely failed. Service was okay still..felt like they didn?t want us there. I... ordered a bowl and the worker was shaking off food from the spoon before putting it into the bowl..that left my bowl lookingvery empty. I ordered a side of chips and salsa and they were ABSOLUTELY STALE, I almost broke my tooth. The food was lukewarmand my partner?s burrito was barely wrapped properly and fell out. Worst service ever!!! Came in at 2:45 on the Civic holiday and the place was not busy. You feel as if you are rushed to order... although there isn?t anyone behind you. Asked the cashier for a lukewarm water bottle that isn?t from the fridge and shepretended she didn?t know what I meant and just ignored me. Ordered and went to find a table to sit at but all of the tableswere dirty and looked as if they were not even wiped for over a week as there were food crumbs and dust all over the tables andseats.
