I am extremely impressed with this location. The service is always reaching beyond my expectations and the workers are always... kind and welcoming when I come in. This location is also by far one of the cleanest ones I?ve been too. I always order mybirthday cakes from here and the cake decorator is always so caring and always giving me more ideas and creativity for thecakes. They end up always looking so well decorated and I can tell she puts all her effort into decorating these cakes. I wouldrecommend this location to anyone who wants beautiful cakes and ice cream!! This is strictly a review to give awareness to the people of Maple, Vaughan. I am extremely disappointed in the owners of this... Basin Robbins because of the large markup in price compared to other local Basin Robins. The owners are charging 30% more(that?s right) for their products and say it?s because of the design of the cakes and other reasons. I questioned that reason,so I asked for a price of the entire tube, which is strictly that, no design and no extra peanuts or any other excuses. Theprice was again marked up 30% more than the nearby competitor. It?s actually very disappointing as I prefer to promote localbusiness but in this case the owner would rather lose a customer. The owners said that they are aware of this, but still remainto stay with the outrageous price gouging and refuses to drop or stay competitive. I could understand a couple of dollars butnot 30% ($15 more per cake). This is the first review I?ve written towards an establishment but felt that it was necessary toallow the people of Maple to be aware. Based on the other reviews, I can see that the owners are rude and don?t care about thecustomer service aspect of the business and only care about the dollar value in the pocket. Read more

Excellent service and very testy ice cream. You MUST try it
I would suggest you stay far away from this business. The ice cream is always soft because the owner is so cheap they refuse to... adjust the freezers to the proper temperature. All other Baskins have harder ice cream. They are so rude to their customers andrefuse to compensate for legitimate causes. This particular location is pathetically run and will never return including all myfriends and family! Read more
