What's the point of ordering online if the staff will wait until you show up to start preparing your order? It has happened to... me multiple times at this location. Today, the store was completely empty when I arrived, so no excuses about being busy. Don'tget me wrong, the food is delicious and I'm a loyal customer that orders often.
