Service was ok, but Taco Bell needs to allow substitutions. No one wants to order something they don't like.

Kind customer service :) fresh hot food . Very pleased with this location! Workers are really helpful and hardworking. With the... exception of their system today. Husband ordered online like 20 minutes before and I went to pick up and they said they didn'thave my order even though we showed them the receipt of the order and location. They apparently couldn't help me since theyneeded the order to get to their system. They told me to call taco bell and cancel or get a refund. I was leaving and then theycame out waving me down that they finally got the order. Very inconvenient for a mom of 3. They need to fix their system . Iappreciate their kind customer service though. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you absolutely need food. I have ordered food from this Taco Bell one to many... times and they have messed up my order every time. Furthermore, many of my friends have had the same issues and the staff iscompletely rude and didn?t have the courage to admit their mistake and brush it off. For example, I went to this location oneday to get some food, know that my last experience wasn?t good I checked the bag to see if I received the right order and it wasincorrect once again. I went around the line once again to explain the situation just to find out that they swapped orders withthe person in front of me and I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. Again I don?t recommend this Taco Bell for anyonebut if you do please check to make sure you received everything and keep the receipt. Read more
