This is our favorite place. Jason his family our great. We have had some great fun and the grandkids just love it here.

The new management is AMAZING!! We spent the weekend in two cabins for a family reunion. They have put a bathroom in the cabins... and the shower in it is HUGE. A sand box for kids and a kids corn hole game. They have a separate facility that has bathroomsand a laundry room. They have kayaks and paddle boards for rent. Read more

The cabin was cute but extremely overpriced. Few places to sit inside, bathroom door didn't work well, walls had patches needing... to be sanded and painted. We needed towels and when we finally could reach someone, they promised they were bringing them. Wewaited until late that night, someone said they didn't have a key and would bring them in the morning. They never brought any.Campground store was closed, but that wasn't disclosed before reservation. To be fair, I emailed the owner before posting areview. The treatment was defensive. A discounted future stay was offered which we will never use. Access to the lake was nicebut the campground was not in good shape and in general was a big disappointment, especially for the price. I hoped to leave abetter review. It has a lot of potential.There is not a mini fridge or microwave which we knew ahead but may be helpful to know.If it were half the price I may recommend it. Service was Quick and great. Very capable and friendly staff. My wife got the spicy chicken strips and they were sweet but... hot.....very good! I got the cowboy burger and it was delicious. I am a sucker for tots so I got them and they were the best Ihave had. Nice and crispy, just the way I like them. Will be going back! Read more

Cute cabin was decorated nicely. However the campground manager wasn?t there the whole time we were there. We went into the... restaurant and they told us they didn?t have the keys . One of the waitresses called the manager and found our key for us. Nomirror in the bathroom and the toilet leaked every time we flushed it, due to the was seal not sealing properly. The lake hadAlgea bloom in it and dead fish and birds everywhere. A heads up would have been nice.It was also way overpriced for what youget. Nice little store with a nice assortment of lunch/dinner options. They also have cakes and ice cream. We stayed in the... campground over the 4th of July weekend. They had a concert in the evening. The music was nice but not too loud for the peoplein the campground. There is also easy access to Mantua reservoir. Overall great experience. Will definitely come again. Read more

Camping spots are ok, reservoir area is what makes us keep coming back! Hate that it forces you to book 2 nighs as a minimum...... Not convinient for us just looking for a one day/night away from the routine. Read more
