The greatest small-town ice cream shop of all time. It feels like a trip to the beach somehow. The soft serve and hand dip... flavors are all fantastic, and prices are low enough to treat the whole softball team. On my family?s vacation we went to Dippy?s a few times. Getting ice cream is generally a more happy occasion. We liked the ice... cream at Dippy?s, the Mint Avalanche in particular. However, I must say that the bearded young man, who seemed like he was themanager, really made the experience a lot less enjoyable. I don?t expect someone who works at an ice cream shop to love their job, or even be in a great mood. But having a cold and sour attitude, acting like you hate your job and hate the customers whoare giving you their business? It?s not the energy you want to interact with when finishing the night with a sweet treat, andif my family ends up commenting on you as much as the ice cream, it might be something to fix. Read more

Delicious ice cream, the vanilla soft serve actually has a good vanilla flavor all on its own. CASH ONLY, so make sure you bring... some! The parking lot can get crazy, it's too small for the amout of business they get. I recommend parking in the big lot ofthe Taco Bell/Long John Silvers next door if you don't mind walking over. It?s cash only but they have a functioning ATM onsite. Great selection of ice cream flavors and the homemade waffle cone tasted... super fresh! Very different tasting than the packaged cones. They basically have it all, ice cream, sundaes, and savory treatslike hot dogs and pretzels. Prices are pretty comparable to my last ice cream place which makes this place super desirable. Alsoyou can customize your banana splits with different flavors and toppings. Only issue might be mosquitos when sitting in thecovered area so just be aware. Will definitely be back! Read more
