We have ordered from Garden Deli several times.. overlooking mistake after mistake considering that there are several teenagers... working there however we will not be ordering from here again. The last couple times .. our food has been carelessly puttogether, wrong order or cold food. I have attempted to reach out to the owner through email with no response. Pizza was good, but ordered three pizzas and they only delivered two. Called back and they wrote down wrong order even though... they read it back as 3 pizzas when ordering. Owner called back and would not honor their mistake. Will NEVER order thereagain. Read more
Really good, affordable single slices! Flavor of the pizza, even the cheese, was different and really good. Not super greasy. $3... slices plus .50 cents per topping. Spent about $12 for 4 slices. Take out only right now- call ahead and pick up on the porch. Read more
Stay away. Terribly slow and gets orders wrong. Shorted pizza order toppings. I paid for extra meat on the gyro, and if 3 paper... thin slices is extra then I am sad to think what regular is. Also left out one of the orders of wings, and the dressing for theone order that was actually included in the order. EPIC FAIL. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Read more
Although nothing to write home about, not a bad pizza overall! I really liked the crust & the ranch was k i l l e r.
The staff were super friendly and the food was amazing! Best cheesesteak I have had and the pizza was perfect. Very pleased!
We came in and ordered a large cheese pizza with cheese bread. They were not busy and we were told it would be ready in 20... minutes. Came back in 25 and our pizza hadn?t even been made yet. The owner was standing behind the make line picking food offthe make line and eating it as if it was a normal practice. He comes around the counter and said let me bring it to you. I saidokay, we?re two doors down at the Scarborough Inn. 40 minutes later I call to see where our order is. They I was the next orderto be delivered and it be an additional 15 minutes. So I walk down there and pick it up myself. The owner throws in two dessertsfor the trouble but they were so stale they weren?t edible. And after waiting an hour and a half the pizza was burnt.....ittakes a special set of skills to take an hour and half to make cook and burn a cheese pizza.......And the owner is supposedlythe mayor of Manteo..... I've been wanting to try this place, always see it when I'm getting a Big Mac across the street. Tried to today, and the website... is gone - even though the sign says to order on line. I guess I could call, and have them read me the entire menu. ???????I hopeto try this place, and update my review soon. Reply to store reply - because the website was or maybe is gone?
