So disappointed. I ordered the fruit loop milkshake and a wild berry lemonade. I was excited to try the milkshake. Won't be going back here ever! Ordered food went to sit down and roaches were literally coming out of the wall. When staff was... notified they laughed thinking it was funny as they bagged my items to go. Not a simple sorry just laughter. I've been going here for years, and I finally decided to eat in the dining room. We sat down at the table and started eating. I... was about done with my hot dog, and along comes a roach over my leg and straight for the food. I asked for my food to go but Icouldn't stomach it. Makes me think about what could be in the kitchen. Employees didn't seem to be surprised, and were notapologetic at all. I know it's not their fault, but I felt like I shouldn't have even said anything. What's the point? I am sodisappointed, and will miss eating here in Manteca. Oh yeah, and the A/C doesn't work. I have to say normally Wienerschnitzel is one of my favorites however after ordering our food for dine in we sat down at corner... booth a cockroach ran across the table. We left and won't be back! Plus there was no AC. Very disappointing! Read more
This is about the 4th time this place has ruined an order. Just missing items. I really need to learn how to check my bag before... I leave the drive-thru. So, when you come here, please look through your bag to make sure these people don't rob you left andright. I'm not sure if you can sue a fast food place for continuously taking your money and not giving you what you paid for.But, that is something definitely to look in to. Either way, you guys owe me $36.47. Plus the gas money to go back and pick upthe items you have missed. Which won't happen. Long story short... take your time and sit there and make sure you have youritems. This place has fast service... because they don't make your whole order. Beyond help. Incredibly horrible service. Idon't know why I go back for their $6 corn dog... go buy a whole pack at a different spot for $4... I shall. I will not becalling your "Help Line." So, don't respond with a number to call.
