These people are actually incompetent . They messed up my latte 3 times and I have no idea how they manage to do that. I asked... them simple straight forward questions such as asking if they had any delivery stickers so I could top my cold drinks since theyhad no trays at all. But still they did not understand? How? I had gone through the drive thru, paid with my app to get the 50% off for the Tuesday discount. I had paid full price and the... man at the window had said that he was supposed to click the 50% off button. Later, I called and was told they can?t give me arefund for the 50% even though it was the employees mistake. She was also extremely rude and wouldn?t let me speak. Read more
Cute Starbucks store with plugs and not terribly busy. If I were in the area again, I would go to this one!

Today I did a mobile order and had to wait over 20 minutes after it said it was going to be ready. That wasn't the issue, the... issue was the rude woman with the braids who worked there. Not only was she super rude to almost every customer there but mydrink after I got it was filled with ice barley any coffee, and it was horrible! I've been there before and have never had thisissue. I had to write this review because the way she talked to not only me but a few other customers was unacceptable.
