Used to be the best Jack in the box in town. Now, it is the worst in town. Understaffed, under supplied. Slow to execute.

Service was terrible they messed up our order even after we corrected them when ordering it they still got it wrong! Also the... manager was really rude when we asked for our missing items she had an extremely bad attitude! We waited in line for about 30 minutes with 4 cars in front of us. The lady taking our order messed the order up two times. 2... tacos, 3 milkshakes, and 3 curly fries. The milkshakes just were to sweet and only could taste Carmel. 3 people got shakes andwe all didn?t like it. The fries were soggy and cold. The tacos were stale and the lettuce was warm. It?s 10 o?clock at night,but still they are open 24 hours I shouldn?t see a reason to have such bad food at that time. Read more
The owner has no people?s skills. I could imagine how she treats her coworkers when she shows to a shift. I got the vibe she... sees people as objects, treats workers horribly but expects special treatment for herself. The owner makes things worse becausethe daily workers build relationships with regular customers. She should stay in the back office and not come out. Read more
