Very very disappointed. This place is really bad since the new owners took over. I used to get salads from there until the new... salads looked like somebody's leftovers and half the size. Tonight my grandson wanted Jack in the box cuz he loves the fries. Iwent, spent approx 30 dollars on our orders only to get COLD HARD FRIES THAT WERE DRY AND NOT FRESH. They could of at least madethe effort to heat the dam things up!! Never again!! Read more
Got a bunch of value meal tacos and let's face it, this is about quantity not quality. Put two hot sauce on each one, and can... get full for about $5. They are better than DT & TB, and cheaper. Read more
Went on 10/05 in the afternoon. I ordered 4 jumbos for my family and they barely put any lettuce or tomato. Super skimped. ????... Super cheaply made. The patties were fine, Jack's usually are ???? but the very little veggies majorly sucked! It was the reasonI buy the Jumbo Jack. Read more

Worst Jack in the Box experience ever. I simply went back after my orders was wrong and cold. I ordered 1 large curly fries and... spicy chicken strips combo with curly fries and a diet coke. On the way home I noticed it was a Dr. Pepper not diet, I let it gon kept driving. I live a mile away 2 tops. When I felt the cury fries they weren't even warm to the touch. Also my tenders camewith regular fries. I explained to the manager Rosie that the fries were cold and the other ones were wrong. She kept saying itsbecause I took them home. I use to be a fry cook. There is no way they were the cold in such a short amount of time. I just wanta fresh order but she refused she said "not for you" which came off like discrimination. She atleast she gave me a refund butrefused to give me corporate info so i could complain about her. She said "go a head and complain I've been here 13". I will notreturn knowing she works there. Save yourself a trip and Drive to lathrop Jack in the Box. Or go somewhere else. The staff in the evening claims they are short... staffedAnd they have to take breaks so they can't take any orders. Then you see them I'll getting high. Also good luck getting ashake they claim every time the machine is broken. Read more
Just a quick dinner, didn't want to cook. Customer service seems to have gone to the wind... but food is good and was out fast... even with a line. Would be nice for fast food places to bring back the, "Hi how are you today... what can I get for you?" Read more
Food is substandard. Service is poor. Employees are unfriendly. This used to be the best Jack in Box around. Not anymore.
