This is the worst five guys i ever been to, they never have enough staff, my husband went to pick up food today for lunch, only... 3 people working, they ran out on almost all soft drinks, register person wasn?t sure if cash register was going to take ApplePay, he said sometimes its works This place needs a better manager!!!!!! Not sure what's going on here but the air conditioning has been off The last two times I was here which were a few weeks apart.... One of the employees told me it's always hot there . One of the things I like about this place is they have malt vinegar thatyou can put on your french fries. It seems like they're always running out of it . Also, they have a fancy Coke machine therewith lots of different sodas and recently they've only had a few different sodas stocked in the machine. I always like eatinghere. The staff is usually friendly and the food is always good. Moral to my story is fix the air conditioner and keep yourstock up. I hope I don't have to take my business to a different five guys cuz I enjoy five guys food. Read more
I was here in Manteca shopping for shoes, and decided to eat here at 5 guys, this was my first time at five guys. Let me say it... is a little pricy, but I think the quality of the food is worth it. Fries are nice and salty, and burger is topped with all thetoppings you want. Good job 5 guys. Read more
I really enjoy 5 Guys food, but this experience has really changed my impression at this location. I walked into the restaurant... full of smoke. There were a couple of people waiting for their food. When I stepped up to order, I felt my feet stick to thefloor. I took a quick glance, the floor was not clean. There were 3 employees talking behind the counter. The young man steppedup to take my order with no greeting, no emotion. His indifference was even more evident when I paid for the meal, and he handedme my change without a thank you or acknowledgement. He just handed me the receipt, and didn't even give me a cup for my drink.One guy in front of me received his order, while another waited. All three employees stood behind the counter and just talked.One of the two females was looking at her phone, but our food orders were not being attended to. Another guy in front of mefinally got his small order while they continued talking, not even at the grill. I waited for 10 minutes for one hamburger; 9mins were watching them just talk. I finally received my burger but had to ask for my drink cup. I walked to the garbage can tothrow something away, and it was so full I could barely fit my garbage. Yet the three just kept talking. They could havecleaned, cooked, prepped, but rather, left me with a poor impression. It's too bad because I like 5 Guys. Prices are high, butthe experience will keep me away from this location. We brought kids here since they heard about it and wanted to try it out. My kids enjoyed the hot dogs and burgers. My bacon... burger was OK. A little pricey IMO. They gave us plenty of fries. Service was fast and friendly. We didn't have to wait too longfor our big order. I gave it a 4 star review because the interior is a little tight and the outside tables were just GROSS! Read more
We are usually happy with this five guys, but they didn?t cook their meat all the way. This was so disappointing.
