I remember I was crying?as I always do. I lost my husband 5 years ago. I just needed a place I could figuratively call home. My... son needed it too. I promised to take him to the Ford Store Morgan Hill after we had our meal at this Applebees because we ranout of money. I was expecting it to suck - but it changed my life. Horrible service,we wanted our salads before and they weren't delivered until right before dinner. My hubby ask them to take... steak and shrimp back to the kitchen not ready for it. We he finally got it back it was cold.waitress was inattentive and notvery cordial.Hardly got any attention from her and she was standoffish and cold like our steak. She avoided us and because ofthat service was poor. Then we saw her talking to coworkers and pointing at us. What?? Yes. Hubby didn't want to tip but Iinsisted. We were headed back from Madera to Sacramento and stopped in. The wait was about 30 minutes, Saturday around 8pm. The... neighborhood nachos were super fresh with fresh ingredients and was well put together. Everything we ordered came out quicklyand was fresh. Had a great experience here yesterday. Celebrating my (deceased)mother-in-law's b-day. Jeff, the manager came by, very friendly... , very personable, made us feel very welcome! Service was good but my issue is the food. This is the grilled chicken plate. This amounts to one of the cheap frozen chicken... breasts and frozen vegetables. Very small portions. They charge 15.99 for this! For about $3 of food. For restaurant experienceshould be $11.99. Applebee's always been a bit odd with their menus. Read more
The inside's really nice tables booths the servers and waiters are very nice but the food always seems to be reheated or not... cook correctly or stale chips. I have tried three times this year to eat here and each time the food is very so so. Customerservice is great though. Read more
