BEST FROSE IN CHELAN! They have two locations - downtown Manson is an indoor tasting room (good live music), if you want to be... outside they have a cute tasting room 5-10 mins away up in the hills (we prefer that location!) Read more

In a town full of great tasting rooms, creating an environment for guests to feel welcome should be a minimum. Unfortunately... when we attended the live music event this weekend that was not case.\nAfter various methods of trying to figure out if weneeded reservations I finally got a message back that told us to just get there early for good seats, as no reservations werebeing taken.\nWe arrived to find the downstairs tables (in the music area) all reserved. Turns out those are for club membersonly. Disappointed, I asked about becoming a member so I could sit at those tables...but nobody could help me with that.\nWefound a small table in a corner that was open. It was near the mini shuffle board table which a couple of children (about 7 &13) were throwing the pucks around wildly on. After staff took the pucks away we dealt with angry parents , aunts and uncles ofthe children, and snotty remarks about their discontent of not having something for their children to do in the bar. Thisescalated to the point of one fellow standing at our table (after his wife (I think) had cleared items off the table so thechildren could play again) stating ... Hmm, seems like we\'re just dealing with a couple angry drunks....\nThe staff was toobusy & disorganized to handle drink orders, let alone provide any attentiveness to non-members sitting in the back corner by thebathrooms.\nNeedless to say, there are other places in town, so we left... Went and had fun elsewhere, where vacationers and nonmembers are welcome.\nI would give 2 stars because the flatbread was really good, but the wings were mediocre, and the wine wasaverage.\nAll in all, the worst experience of the week we spent in Manson/Chelan. We were very excited to attend the live music even and had tried to communicate our desire for reservations. After being told no... reservations, we got there 90 minutes early to get a table only to find the entire downstairs was reserved for their members. They were unable to accommodate a new membership or tell us if those specific tables all had actual reservations. I will saythat they were apologetic and things seemed to go okay when we found one very small table in the back we could squeeze into.Unfortunately a member with children decided to sit next to us and their kids proceeded to play at the game table behind usmaking a lot of noise. I had a conversation with the manager who said they?d close it which happened about 45 minutes later. Noproblem except the family of members decided to start clearing our stuff and loudly protesting having the game table closed.Well that was the last straw and we left.\n\nSo if you want to be abused by their members with no help from the staff, this isthe place for you! Or head down the road for some great wine from skagit cellars, ancestry, or Alta and have a much betterexperience. Radiance is the worst place east side or west side of Washington. But don?t fret because there are literallyhundreds of other venues to check out all over the state. Read more
