My rating is a 3* not because of food but they didn't have my paid order. Plus, Mansfield PD monitors the two handicap spots.... This is an obscure suite location. Why MPD rolled up at 7:45 pm, I have no clue. Seems they could have been doing somethingelse. He questioned a young black male who was parked and waiting for his order which they delayed. The young man had a sportyblack Camaro and was minding his business listening to music. I think the officer was board. He didn't give the lady in theother spot any chat but I watched him with flashlight chat with the young man for 10 minutes. I hope he gave the guy a pass.Wingstop probably inherited the spots. There is no heavy traffic in this corner so in my opinion the officer was being board andprofiled the guy. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: CHANGE THE TWO SPOTS TO PICK UP LANES! DON'T LET MPD USE YOUR SMALL SUITE AS A TICKET SLOTMACHINE. Bad for biz!! I feel MPD was doing the most in this case. There was a crime even if just a speeding violation beingcommitted in Mansfield somewhere while this Officer gave a lecture at 7:45 pm on handicap parking. Folks pull up to these twospots directly in front of the door for pick up on the regular. Respect to those with disabilities and respect to police ingeneral, but this officer was doing the most. I used to love this location but recently the last 10ish times, the quality has fallen extremely short. Wings aren't cooked... thoroughly, comes out very very soggy; to the point I couldn't continue to eat even if I tried. Fries were old with no seasoningeven though extra seasoning was requested. I won't be coming back. The service isn't bad but food is inedible. Read more
This place is clean and organized. I can tell my food is going to be fresh????. I will happily wait until my order is ready.
My husband ordered the 20 piece wings today and unfortunately there were only 18 wings in the box. The chicken was bland with... little sauce in the box and overcooked. The ranch is the only thing that made it decent. I don?t think I will go back to thislocation in Mansfield again. Read more
This place almost never have the food on time but the staff is friendly. They do not follow instruction because when I put no... salt or seasoning on my fries it always has a ton. Also do not order the chicken strips because they are always over cooked. Read more
I really wanted wings the other day & Wingstop is usually my go to. When I got home my Lemon pepper wings were cooked too hard &... had a minimal amount of seasoning . The boneless Cajun were missing sauce in a lot of spots & my fries I asked for extraseasoning on had none. This visit was not one of the best at all. Better luck next time!! Read more
I ignored the bad reviews, assuming that people were just catching them on an off day. I guess every day must be an off day. A... friend of mine wanted fries, so I ordered the seasoned fries via mobile order. As another reviewer said, there was no seasoningon the fries. The employees were disinterested and almost annoyed whenever a customer walked in. Learned my lesson and won't becoming back! (2 stars because the fries at least weren't burnt). Read more
This place is very busy. The workers were friendly and attentive.Food was ok only because the Korean barbecue sauce was... horrible. It taste like it was burned and watery. Read more
