Okkkk sooo frfr it is very hard to get a straight 5 star with me but this place earned it! I first of all waited weeeekksss to... get into this place bc the schedule I worked and their operation hours, but nonetheless I made it through on my birthday. It wasa Tuesday very calm and quiet ambiance remarkable. I loved the theme with the vaults of liquor and the decor of the place. Riowas our waiter for the evening and did a very great job with features and telling us about the culture of the vault. We startedwith the lovey lobster cakes and those were banging!! For dinner, I decided on the surf n turf which features a lobster tail, filet mignon with a bone butter and then spinach and fingerling potatoes. My husband did the shrimp scampi and said it wasflavorful and delightful. It was so good to him, I didn't even get a bite lol but oh well!! I had the creme Brule with a greattaste of vanilla and I took it with the Dexters after dinner cocktail!(be careful) They have a decent selection of wine andcocktails and it helps that Vernon makes a mean margarita.. All in all I'm delighted to have a high end fine dining restaurantright by the house instead of traveling to Dallas all the time. El Primos did the Thang with this one!!! Must try must go!Seriously Read more

Upon arriving you're greeted with welcoming smile as the host escorts you to your table; very dimly lit which was great, my wife... and I were out on our weekly date ???? Rio was our server, cordial, funny and professional. The food was amazing. You willnot be disappointed. Read more

A CO worker and I had an unfortunately challenging week and we decided we would get some fine dining.. I searched steak in... Mansfield on Internet and the Vault pulled up. When we got there there was complimentary valet. When we approached the door wesaw that it was like a giant vault door. Thought that was a cute attitude. When we walked in we were greeted by a very attentivestaff. The atmosphere low lit but fun. A gentleman sat us down and handed us menus that lit up. We thought this was cool. Westarted out with lamb lollipops with mint reduction sauce which waa amazing and the lobster cakes which were also amazing. I hadan 18 oz ribeye that was medium rare that came with fingerling potatoes and asparagus. I also ordered the sharible sauteedmushrooms. My coworker had the snapper and it was incredible. And then we finished off our meal with the bread pudding. We lookforward to a return visit. It is more than we are used to spending but we had a great time and a great meal. Read more

Can't say enough about this Gem! The bonus is I don't have to travel to Dallas/Addison so frequently for a great dinning... experience, we now have the Vault, which is in my backyard???? If it's your first time I'd go with, Dexter's Board (I hopethat's what it's called), basically he picks a variety of the Appitizers or possibly all and it's a sample of each. Yum! I meanfrom the, lamb lollipops, Shrimp and cheese grits, lobster man n cheese, crab cakes, and quail, you can't go wrong. Drinksare great, love the bartenders, the know what they are doing and I love the extra drama on certain drinks you order. Overall, the Chef does an amazing job in the kitchen???? top notch!! Between the GM, Chef, bartenders, and ombiance they provide, thisplace is a win win ???? So impressed, we now have a locker there for life time!! This review is strictly my opinion, andviews on what I experienced. But please support and give it a try for yourself. #eaton Read more

Very, very nice restaurant, atmosphere & food. The drinks were divine, the food was amazing, staff was above par. They did not... have many gluten free options and the wine menu was not as broad as I would have liked. The Old Fashioned was AMAZING and theyliterally took pride in the art of making every drink. The charcuterie board was wonderful, the 16oz rib eye was literally thebest steak we have ever had. The pork was good, but not as fantastic as I had hoped based on what we had heard. The asparaguswas perfection. We will definitely be back! We had a lot of fun and appreciated the ambiance. Read more

Great Drinks, FANTASTIC FOOD... Have "better friend" make you a side car... You might only need 1????... Not 1 thing I would... change. We were there for a birthday party, but I can't wait to go back. It feels like a very "exclusive/v.i.p." place at firstentrance, but once we were seated, it was very relaxed and laid back. We ate shrimp and grits, lamb lollipops, and a New Yorkstrip. My mother in law had the snapper, that risotto underneath was the icing on the cake... No room for dessert, but I'll beback because they have my favorite Creme Brulee...mmmm.... Dexter, you the man???????? Read more

If it were just for the food and drinks this place would still get many stars on the alone, but the care and service we get from... the team is the icing on the cake. Dexter and Vernon take excellent care of us time after time, and we know they can do sobecause they are supported by a crew we have yet to meet. Do yourself a favor and come on by and visit. You won?t regret it.Make a reservation if you want a table and the bar is first come (but does fill up). Read more

This place is amazing. Wait staff are very knowledgeable and prompt. We ordered and were served within 10 minutes. We ordered... the shrimp cocktail, shrimp and grits, and lobster Mac and cheese. After eating the appetizers we were to full to order theentree. They are not stingy on the drinks. Great wine selection for the ones who like wine. I on the other hand enjoy whiskeyand they did not fail. We even watched the bartender smoke an old fashion. We will definitely drive the hour and ten minutes togo back and enjoy the Vault again. Oh and did I mention the complementary valet parking. Caleb and Dexter were awesome. Read more
