As the previous reviewers stated this location is going downhill. Now, this location lost a whole staff awhile back and they had... to close down for a month. They hired new people, which 10% are competent and know what they?re doing. The others are wingingthe heck out of it! I come here because my kids are in therapy in the area and I prefer my sublet and 287 location! Waybetter!!! This location will mess your drinks up even after repeating the order. Which my order is a mocha frappe with mochadrizzle in the cup. Simple right?! Nope! lol they Jack it up 90% of the time. Now my other experience was with a shift lead whodidn?t acknowledge my presence. Made a snide remark about not needing my name for my order ????. Also, just gave off real badvibes and the staff even said she does it to them?. Well I took my concerns to corporate. Please call corporate. Do not even askthem to fix it! They will send you a gift card for the mishap and just go down by 360, sublet or Debbie/157. This location is ajoke! Oh and today I went and the guy was confused when I said around the cup!
