My partner and I went inside and waited while the 3 staff members prepared online orders. It took awhile for them to finally get... to us. They began on partners order first, stopped midway to go assist with other online orders, then came back to finish. Whenit was my turn, they returned back to online orders while I just stood there waiting. The guy began on my order and literallythrew the chicken on the burrito, but it all fell onto the counter top and aluminum, with only 3 pieces making it onto my food.He passed it off to the next person, and then put another online order in front of mine, even though mine was right therewaiting. We felt dismissed by the staff and I brought home a rice burrito because they failed to care about the customers instore. Read more

I placed an online order that was picked up by someone else. I ordered a southwest steak burrito with a side of guac and chips.... I received a burrito with only white rice, whole black beans, and dry corn chip strips. Meat was on the side because theycouldn?t tell from the jammed receipt what I ordered. I tried to get a refund over the phone and can?t-so I?m stuck with a bonedry burrito and can?t even get the $5 back I paid for the tiny guac/chips. Read more
