I went yesterday I arrived at 9:30am waiting them to open at 10 am. At 10:01 I went through the drive thru waited 5 minutes and... kept saying hello. No one said anything. I drove back around parked and went to the door. It was locked. Why is it locked and itis after 10am. So I waited on 2 other cars to go through. I got back in line. I ordered she said it was a 15 min wait. Okaycool. I waited 30 minutes just for the old tiny wings. So I got out to complain & was given 1 breast in replacement when I askedif I could have 2. I'm looking at the lady pick over bigger wings and breast just to give me a smaller breast. I paid for a 3piece white. So a breast and wing costs the same. Then my cinnamon apple pie taste nasty. Placed online order. Designed order as in store pickup. Get to location and doors locked and paper signs on door and drive... through. I drive e to the window and the guy standing there says "next time stop at the speaker" with attitude because theydidn't have the food ready despite me giving them 25 minutes before showing up. How about y'all operate properly and put upbetter stable signs that state such. Won't be a next time. I'd rather drive to Cedar Hill Popeyes. Read more

I have been to over a dozen Popeyes, and even though I order via the mobile app - my food is never done and I have to wait from... 15-25 minutes every single time (even with giving them 20-25 minutes before I arrive). I thought it was going to be the samehere because I literally put in my order only 5 minutes before I got there because I decided last minute. I expected a long waitbut I only waited 5 minutes!! I was so happy! That?s amazing to have my food ready when I want it! Good job compared to allother popeye?s! The guy who helped me, I wish was more friendly but it?s ok. First, the clerk gave me old dried out chicken after waiting 20 minutes. I drove out of the drive thru and returned the chicken... to the manager. I had to wait additional 15 minutes before he brought me first fried chicken. You would have thought he wouldhave said sorry and offered me a free meal next time - not at all. This store really should be shut down for a few days and all new staff should be brought in. Everytime I visit this location the... chicken is not fresh, warm or sometimes they're closed 45 mins early due to lack of staff they say. This has been on multipleoccasions and definitely spaced out visits which prompted this review. It truly is a waste of space at this point and does nothold a torch to the other locations around this area. Sad I'll just drive to the one off of Cooper from here on out bc it ismuch better to spend the gas for better service and food than to waste the money on food and gas. After miles of driving home,... salivating, hopeful, and ready to dive into my delicious spicy chicken sandwich; Behold, there was not chicken sandwich. Myorder was totally missing. So, I am not sure what is going on. Very misleading... The doors are locked and they state they are short staffed on the door.... But I counted over 10+ ppl inside with uniforms on, more than half seem to be just standing around. I could not take pictures ofall of them. But there was clearly more than 4 people behind the counter, just in my quick line of sight. To add insult toinjury, some ppl were actually sitting in lobby and eating. I was allowed in to ask questions about the larger orders, andseemingly offered to order in lobby. But I felt uncomfortable as a gang of employees just standing around me too close together,seem to want me to leave lobby. I left due to the crowd of employees gathered around me. And I am very disappointed in thisfranchise. As they are wanting us to wait in long drive through lines but allow employees that are not working to crowd thelobby order area.
